The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
