The unit is a single floor apartment, part of a double family residence, just off Magazine and Napoleon. Rental agreement is a 6-month minimum fixed term. Longer term is available upon request. The apartment includes three rooms: a bedroom, bathroom with laundry and closet, and a kitchen with small entry way/den. The unit is on the first floor of a raised 3-story home; the ceilings are 7-feet tall and access to the front door is down an alley on the left side of the property. The unit is furnished with bed, sheets, pillows, sofa, television, washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer, four-range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dinnerware, glasses, dining table, chairs, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, towels, central air conditioning/heating, smoke alarm/CO detectors, and more. Services provided by the Owner include water and pest control. These services are included in the monthly rental fee. Electricity and gas will be handled by the tenant, or can be added to the lease for an additional $200.00 per month.
