No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a limit of one towel per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hour late fee). There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, and a pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
