Unit amenities include air conditioning, a kitchenette (no oven), a dining table, a toaster, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, kitchenware and utensils, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a TV with streaming service like Netflix. Pet policies vary by location. A $150.00 fee plus tax applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets.
