Property Id: 2796815 It is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home. We do not allow pets, and there is no smoking inside the home. The lease is for one year. Tenants need to provide a stove. The landlord has a refrigerator at the property that you can use at your convenience. If the tenant wishes to use their own we can remove the fridge from the property. The rent is $1100 per month, and the security deposit is $1100, so you would need to have $2200 available for the first month’s rent and deposit if you decide you would like to move forward with the home. We do prorate the rent. If you have a prior eviction on your rental history, we would need an explanation regarding the circumstances.
