Tenant does not have access to storage building in back yard. One small dog or one cat allowed with owner approval and a $350 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking. No Section 8. Owner pays for lawn care, water and sewer. Tenant responsible for electricity, gas and trash service. $3200/month with $3200 deposit on a 1 year lease. Renters insurance and liability policy is required with a minimum coverage amount of $100,000.
