Chateau du Cour is a small 32 unit complex located in a quiet area of Tigerland completely enclosed by tall brick walls and fences. Our entry is gated and coded and we have five security cameras overlooking the complex. There are two laundry rooms, a shaded barbecue area and a sparkling pool for your enjoyment. All the apartments look out onto of of the three courtyards. We are owner managed and provide same or next day maintenance service. The apartment is spacious and the are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The bedroom has two closets, one of which is a walk in closet. The rent is $495. The deposit is $300.
