Huge mowed yard, with lots of privacy. Children are allowed. Schools have excellent ratings, the best in the Baton Rouge area. School Bus service is available to the house. Grocery stores, gas stations, drugstores, restaurants and drive through food places close. Interstate access only 15 minutes away. A year lease is required. The rent is $1200/mo., due the first of each month. A late fee of $25 will be required for each week that rent runs late. Security deposit of $600 required, it's returnable when vacating, if property is adequately cleaned and in good condition. A maximum of one pet is allowed, with a pet deposit of $200, non-refundable. Includes all utilities, ie.,electricity, water, garbage, and wifi. There's one bay available in the carport for parking. Tenants required to replace A/C filter monthly, replace burnt out light bulbs and replace worn out Smoke Detector batteries. Tenant required to share in taking garbage cans to the street once a week. No smoking is allowed inside the house. After a one year lease, the lease becomes applicable for one month at a time. There's always a 30 day prior written letter required before vacating the property. This applies to the owner also.
