We are offering (2) 2-bedroom downtown "city style"/ "studio style" apartments for rent and will be completed and ready to be moved into by October 1st. Both apartments are approximately 915 s.f. each and all newly remodeled. Newly upgraded plumbing, HVAC, & electrical while also offering new appliances is a bonus that most tenants renting in Williamsburg will not have the convenience of. Located a short walk or bike ride away from the College campus as well as a very short walk down on the River Flood wall where folks can bike or walk/ run as well as easy access on and off the river if kayaking is something you fancy. We will provide a 12 month lease for each apartment. All utilities are tenants responsibility and sanitation is provided to the rear of the building in a public alley provided by the city sanitation and included in the city water bill which also is the tenant's responsibility. We also have wifi hardwired into the apartment so tenant can inquire with Spectrum cable to have that set up for themselves as well. Rent will be the 1st of the month and will be $900.00 per apartment plus we will require a $900.00 deposit due at the time of taking possession. NO PETS allowed..
