If you’re familiar with this area, you’ll know it has just about every shopping, restaurant, bank, or pharmacy within a five-mile radius. Many of these direct services are within walking distances. ColaCommons is a garden style walk up community with ample parking. The apartments themselves are spacious with all necessary amenities. They are a mix of two bedrooms with one bath, and three bedrooms with one and a half baths. They were completely renovated back in 2004.
Honestly, what makes this community in such high demand is its location and convenience. Close to everything you would need quickly, extremely convenient to bus lines. The fire and police department are within a quarter mile, and public transportation is incredibly accessible. Also, if you need to get to anywhere else, access to Highway 64 is within a mile.
