2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style apartment. Washer/dryer installed. Trash paid. Rents for $580 with a $450 deposit. First month's rent and deposit must be paid before you can move in. If you submit an application through the website, I won't be able to access it. If you plan to apply for an apartment, it's a good idea to put down $100 towards the deposit to put a hold on it to avoid it being rented out from under you. We do not have any interior pictures of the property. We only allow one pet, a dog or a cat, 20 lbs or less full grown. It adds $15 to the rent and $500 to the deposit. Unfortunately, we do not offer any rent specials. Leases are for one year. On everything but houses, we can offer a six-month lease for $50 extra a month for your entire stay.
