The River Studio of Holt House has a private entrance on the main floor of the multi-studio home. It has a king bed with hypoallergenic down alternative comforter and freshly laundered microfiber duvet, firm and soft pillows available with an added layer of hygiene having zippered pillow protectors under pillowcases to fully encase each pillow to shield the pillows from moisture, allergens and wear - both being freshly laundered between each guest. This suite also has a wet bar and counter space kitchenette area! An en-suite bathroom and an initial stock of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, razor, lotion, and cotton balls.
