Applicants with a score between 550–599 may still qualify but will be required to pay a full 1-month security deposit • Criminal background check required • No evictions (no exceptions) • Medical and student loan collections are ignored and not held against the applicant. Applicants with one other collection under $250 (not related to unpaid rent or utilities) may still qualify but will be required to pay a full security deposit instead of the standard half deposit • Applicants with no prior rental history are required to have a qualified co-signer/guarantor • Application fees are credited toward the first month’s rent if approved and a lease is signed
