Breed restrictions apply. Cats allowed. • Credit score must be 600+. Applicants with a score between 550–599 may still qualify but will be required to pay a full 1-month security deposit • Criminal background check required • No evictions (no exceptions) • Medical and student loan collections are ignored and not held against the applicant.
