A pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food. The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. One towel per guest per stay is provided.
