This apartment features soaring 9-foot ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Enjoy entertainment with a smart TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided. Access to the gym, pool, pet park, clubhouse, and lounge are included. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping, and street food. The building is easily accessible from the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift, a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, the downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and dockless scooters are also an option. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
