An additional pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
