The partner does not permit smoking of any kind within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
