Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is one towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100 to $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am each day.
