This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
