Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are not permitted. This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
