There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
