In the absolute heart of St. Matthews behind Pearsons and Nanz and Kraft. This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment. It has just been fully remodeled. The apartment does not have central A/C so you have to provide and use window units. It does not have a dishwasher but it does have gas water heater, furnace and stove. The parking is ample and the building is owned by me. You pay rent and utilities, we pay water. There are no other fees such as garbage, snow removal, etc. We allow dogs under 20 pounds for an additional pet deposit of $200. We do not accept cats. This is an equal opportunity business.
