All Utilities paid by Owner, cables paid. A TV is furnished for renter. Another feature is private driveway parking which is close to the entrance. Located in South Lexington. Renter will park on the right side of the driveway, others who are visiting will park on the side street. Renter may use pool but cannot bring guest to swim or occupy pool area.
