I am listing my current apartment, a one-bedroom apartment at University Village Apartments. The renter would take over my current one-year lease and live in the apartment in its current condition (see below). Plastic bags and trashcans are dotted in the courtyards for tenants to pick up after their pets. Why I am Listing I have happily lived in my apartment for almost 4 years and love it. Sadly, however, I am listing my current apartment as I have to move out of state. The renter would take over my current lease and accept the apartment as is (and again, it is in excellent condition).
