Adjustable recess lighting throughout homes and front porches. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet. Spacious laundry/utility room, good amount of storage space throughout home. No pets, no smoking inside, all kitchen appliances (including dishwasher) & lawn care will be provided, tenant would pay utilities & provide their own washer/dryer.
