Over the years we have evolved from a small number of apartments into a vast network of properties that reach throughout Kentucky and are continually expanding throughout the region. We continue to grow our network of communities by building 150-300 new apartment homes each year. We focus our construction on thriving medium size cities and remain dedicated to providing amenities usually found in developments found in larger cities.
