Located near Hilligans Bar & Resturaunt and Hideout, these four bedroom apartments allow for a sense of community while still giving you your personal space. This building has access to our fitness center, resident lounge, and several private study spaces LISTED RENT RATES ARE PER PERSON PER MONTH. Lease runs from August 1, 2026 - July 15, 2027. Rent is due monthly on the first. Leases are individual leases, which means each roommate is only liable for themselves. All applicants must have a cosigner, with limited exceptions.
