This apartment has wood floors, freshly painted, carpet in bedrooms and stairs (less than a year old), newer appliances. 2 BR 1.5 bath, lawn care included, 2 off street parking spaces, all brick exterior, central air, exterior security cameras. Washer dryer hookup in separate utility room. Other than trash collection, utilities are NOT included; 1st month’s rent plus security deposit are due at signing lease. Cats are NOT ALLOWED, dogs are allowed upon approval with additional non-refundable security deposit of $350 and a $35 monthly rent fee. Lawn care and trash removal service are included. Our apartments go very quickly. Due to large response, all applications will be taken in order received, and once approved, can schedule to see the apartment. Sorry, no exceptions.
