Nice student 4 bedroom / 2 bath house with garage available for lease 8/1 through 7/31. It is located west of campus about 5 blocks. Spacious, nice house with hardwood floors, ceiling fans, mini blinds, dishwasher, washer and dryer, garage, shed, central air. Unger Hall is 1 block away with shuttle service to campus. You pay all utilities and the rent is $1100 per month for three people and $1200 for four people. We do require rental history (the dorms do count) and $1100/$1200 deposit. You take care of the yard work. 1500 sq ft is an approximation. 1336 Sq ft doesn't include 4th bedroom and 2nd bathroom. Our policies are no-smoking, no pets of any kind and no parties.
