Westkan is a low income complex. Rent is based on household income. It can range from $0 up to $877 depending on household income. We have 46 one bedroom, 50 two bedrooms, and 14 three bedroom units. There are handicap accessible units. Rental assistance is available to those who qualify. There is an application process for everyone with a background check of $13.00 per adult. Office is on-site and open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. central time, Monday - Friday. There is after hour emergency maintenance. There are 3 laundries on site for tenants to utilize. We have several openings and take Section 8 HUD vouchers. Apartments are assigned by staff. At this time there is no application on line. An application can be requested via mail or picked up from the management office on site.
