Cats and Dogs Allowed

Cats and dogs up to 85 lbs. are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply to those dogs deemed an aggressive breed. Estancia at City Center does not allow any exotic pets. Each pet is required a $300 non-refundable pet fee in addition to $25 per month pet rent.
