This compact 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is the upstairs of a converted house. Complete with its own entrance and separate utilities it also has its own free parking. The space is not huge and the floors are not even. It has a small water heater and window air conditioners. Tenant pays all utilities and mows the lawn. I do not rent to convicted felons of violent crimes or sex offenders. Please drive by the property prior to scheduling a showing.
