This apartment comes with Wood floors, a washer dryer stack unit, dish washer, claw foot tub, off street parking (1 space behind the house). The living room has lots of windows, a wood floor, and a window a/c. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a washer dryer stack unit. The bathroom has an antique claw foot tub rigged with a shower. The bedroom has a wood floor, window a/c, and a little dressing room alcove and two closets. We handle the lawn maintenance. This is a cat and dog friendly apartment available August 1st. Nonsmoking units Application fee is $100, upon approval $60 goes towards your deposit! Tenants pay utilities. Security deposit is equal to a month's rent. Spayed/Neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showings of unit. Showings are by appointment only. M-F, 10 AM - 7 PM. We do not show Saturday and Sunday. The house, licensed by the city, is locally owned and managed by the Schneider family (serving Lawrence tenants for 40+ years). Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor).
