These townhomes are pet friendly with a 2-pet max per household with a combined total weight limit of under 100 lbs, with an additional $50 per pet per month and a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250. When applying make sure to have your proof of income (1 month) and a photo of your driver license or ID ready.
