I had to use generic pictures as I updated my computer and now I can't import my pictures. This is a large upstairs unit just remodeled. Features ceiling fans in all rooms. Two air conditioners and programable transition fans. This is overkill but very comfy. Vinyl plank flooring in the living room and both bedrooms. Ceramic tile in the kitchen hall and bathroom. Ceramic tile tub surround all the way to the ceiling and four feet up on remaining bathroom walls. All fresh and very nice. Large closets in both bedrooms with shoe storage cabinets. I hope to get pictures of the actual apartment has these don't do it justice. Owner pays for heat, water, sewer professional pest control service every two months. LOCKED BUILDING. Must have tenant key to enter. Member of Iowa crime free rental housing program. MUST SEE!! YOU WILL LIKE!!!
