Welcome to Blue Sky! A fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo with a nice size deck, 1 car garage with plenty of additional parking. The kitchen has a stainless steel appliance package with a good size pantry for storage. The kitchen will be fully furnished with dishes, baking and cooking pots/pans, utensils, towels, toaster, Keurig, etc. Also, located off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer that is included at no additional cost to our tenants. The kitchen opens to the living room with a fireplace and smart TV. The living room will be fully furnished with couch, chair, coffee/end tables, extra lighting, and extra home furnishings. The deck is accessed right off the living room by a sliding door, the deck will also come complete with all weather seating and table. The two bedrooms will have queen size beds, all bedding, clothing storage, closets with hangers, smart TVs, and end tables with lamps. The two bathrooms will also be fully furnished with shower curtains, bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Extra items we provide in our furnished properties: first aid kits, iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies (all purpose cleaners, vacuum, dusters, etc.) window shades/curtains, laundry baskets, throw blankets, and a welcome pack (hand soap in the bathrooms, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water, ect we know some of our tenants travel across the country and start work the next day. We like to provide a place where you can stay for a few days before you need to head to the store to pick up a few items. All utilities are included as well as WIFI, TVs are smart TV's with select apps, you are welcome to log into your own accounts on the TV's.
