Lots of closets and cabinets provide ample storage. Free Parking, and Free Laundry machines in each apartment. The first and second floor condos have 9-foot ceilings. The top-floor condos have vaulted ceilings. All of our apartments are non-smoking! Pet Policy: $30 per month extra for a cat or dog. Limit 1 dog, or 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat. Maximum pet weight is 70 lbs. One owner of Eagle Development is a licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa.
