About The Overlook
The Overlook Apartments are located in the Saddlebrook development on the southeast side of Iowa City and have 1 & 2 bedroom apartments! This is a newer location that has stainless steel appliances and either washer/dryer or hookups available in each unit! We do allow both cats and dogs (breed restrictions) for an additional fee. Tenants will have access to all the amenities that Saddlebrook has to offer such as walking trails, pond, and a community clubhouse that has a fitness center, pool table, computers and printers, and a large room to reserve for gatherings!
Our office staff is always happy to assist current and prospective tenants with questions in regards to leases, amenities or any other question or concerns that may arise.
