Brickhouse Apartments boasts a serene and respectful community atmosphere where tenants live harmoniously together. We have many pleasant surprises, one being a a stunning backyard , meticulously designed by our resident gardening expert. As our building was originally constructed as a hospital in the early 1900's, it features quaint built in cabinets, beautiful hardwood floors, and lots of windows with natural light. Each apartment has its own unique character. All apartments come equipped with gas ranges, and the building has been upgraded with modern heating and air-conditioning systems, ensuring a comfortable and efficient living environment. Furthermore our laundry room is clean, cute, and conveniently available. Community expectations include maintaining a peaceful atmosphere during the daytime hours as several professionals work from home, and refraining from hosting large indoor parties. However our beautiful back yard and spacious basement area are perfect for entertaining. We kindly request that tenants keep their apartments free from strong odors and clutter. And that if you have a cat, as many live in our building, the litter box is cleaned daily to prevent any odors to penetrate the plaster walls or beautiful hard wood floors.
