The Atlee Building is located in downtown Fort Madison. The property includes an onsite laundry (at no cost to residents), access controlled common hallway and common deck. There are two furnished mid-term rentals (one bedroom) and an unfurnished two bedroom and one bedroom apartment. All apartments are NON-SMOKING. No large dogs unfortunately allowed on site. Other pets permitted on a case-by-case basis. All apartments feature: - Central AC/Heat - Each Kitchen Includes: Refrigerator, Oven, Stove, Microwave. - Master Bedrooms with Lots of Bedroom Closet Space - Large Living Room - Lots of Natural Light / Windows Throughout - Washer & Dryer On-Site - Common Deck with Outdoor Grill Two bedroom apartment includes: - All new carpet and flooring throughout; Second Bedroom with New Paint, Carpet - Kitchen with dishwasher. - Home Office (Room Usable as Den or Additional Small Bedroom) Furnished unit price includes all utilities and has wi-fi. The unfurnished /long-term rental include Trash/Electric/Gas/Water for an additional $125 flat fee. Lease Terms: 12 Months for unfurnished units; 1 month minimum for the furnished units.
