Beautiful four (4) bedroom homes available in the heart of Des Moines in the Historic Sherman Hill and Drake Neighborhoods near downtown! The Des Moines Greystones consist of 26 single-family homes with energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling. The architectural design is inspired by the unique Chicago Greystone home style, variations of which are ubiquitous throughout Chicago's diverse historic neighborhoods. Each home has four bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms, along with a large open kitchen and living room area. The homes are Income Restricted and applicants are required to take home-ownership classes and do basic home maintenance in preparation for owning a home in the future.
