Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied if authorized. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If Sleepover determines that an infestation has been brought into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment. Sleepover reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Sleepover as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, a scanned or photographed copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID will be required during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.
