Enjoy hotel-standard deep cleaning before your arrival, and fresh towels and bathroom essentials are always provided. Guests have access to a shared seasonal pool and gym area. Access to the first-floor lobby, gym, rooftop patio, rooftop seasonal pool, and 3rd-floor lounge area is provided. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the apartment, balcony, patio, and all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. There is a maximum occupancy limit for each apartment, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time. This property cannot accept package deliveries, and guests are not allowed to accept mail or provide this address. The property assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail, or for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by guests, their visitors, or other persons present during the stay. Charges may include all property damage, missing or damaged items, cleaning fees, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud, guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only and shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. A $450 replacement fee will be charged if the keyfob is lost. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests will need to refer to parking instructions for information regarding parking.
