Enjoy access to the gym and rooftop balcony. Parking is available on the complex. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management approval. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and pet fees are not included in the total reservation price. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted. Located in Des Moines' vibrant Western Gateway, this apartment delivers resort-style living. The apartment is within walking distance from the Skywalk that connects the entire city. Please note that we do not have control over the availability or quality of building amenities such as the elevator, pool, gym, and recreation lounge, as these are not managed by us. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. No refunds will be issued if any of these amenities are unavailable during your stay. Guests cannot receive mail at this location. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Package deliveries are not accepted at this location. Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the lockbox inside the cabinet. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.
