The main floor features a large living room which flows into dining room and updated kitchen (appliances not pictured but have been ordered). A side hallway leads to two bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with a linen closet. Upstairs is a wide-open finished space, including a built-in desk and two closets. The basement is newly finished, with an extra bathroom added, a massive family room, and a non-conforming bedroom. Washer and dryer hookups are in the basement as well. Outside, the house features a long driveway, deep enough for three vehicles. There is also an oversized 1-car garage with manual door. The garage also has a storage loft to maximize the space you get. The backyard is semi-fenced. No smoking; no pets. We do charge an application fee of $40 to check references, credit, and background.
