The bar and restaurant area called "The Hill" is within three blocks. Currently renting at $475 per person with a person per bedroom plus utilities. Two people can share the large attic area, but each pays $475. One is a large bedroom suitable for queen bed and lots of other furniture and a second option is a super large attic area. Available immediately with the lease going until the end of May 2026. I could extend into the summer and/or the coming school year. Damage deposit is $475 per person plus I ask for the last month of the lease to be paid. So move in costs are $475 deposit, $475 prepaid month of May 2026 and prorate the move in month depending on the day you move in per person.
