About Aspen Village
Our apartments on Aspen and Stange Roads are located in the heart of the Somerset Development located just North of the Iowa State University Campus. Somerset is an "urban village" and includes shops in the town center, walking/biking trails, family friendly parks, a pond with a pavilion and village greens. We include membership to the pool and clubhouse as well. The I.S.U. transit system,(CyRide), has multiple bus stops in the Somerset Development making it very convenient for students and professionals alike. Fareway grocery store is just North of the area as well. This is a wonderful neighborhood with great architecture!
