The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Community amenities such as the pool, gym, and other shared spaces may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or local ordinances beyond our control. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a multi-unit residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. While we do not manage other units, we strive to maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all guests. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy.
