A cozy two-bedroom one bath unit on the upper level of a duplex. Separate heating and AC units. Close proximity to HyVee and bus stops. The kitchen has a fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. In-unit washer and dryer. Personal deck. Shared yard. The owner pays for garbage removal and lawn mowing. Tenants perform snow removal and cover all other utilities. Application fees are non-refundable. All ESA animals will be verified as permissible by Iowa laws. Cats must be vaccinated against rabies, and proof of vaccination will be required. $200 refundable pet deposit per cat is required. Small animals in enclosures require no deposit but must be approved by the owner. Dogs are not allowed. Renters insurance is required, and proof of renters insurance will be necessary. The lease term is between 12:00 PM, August 1, 2026, and 12:00 PM, July 25, 2027. All tenants must be at least 18 years old at the start of the lease. Monthly income requirement is 3x rent. Smoking is not allowed.
