Must have good standing with current and previous land lords. We will do a land lord check along with a credit/background/eviction check. We do not charge an application fee but the prospective tenant(s) will need to pay for their credit/background/eviction check which runs about $50. This is a NO smoking/vaping property. NO undergrads. One pet is allowed with a $50 per month pet rent fee and a non refundable pet fee of $200. Pet must first be approved by land lord. This property is privately owned and managed.
